It’s our team, from our housekeeper, lead maintenance, and property managers to property supervisor who have made The Conerly Group what it is today. Heather Conerly

After graduating from Baylor University, Heather had the opportunity to move to Houston and join a start-up luxury brand. In 2016, after 12 ½ years as a driven executive with a track record of success in the fast-paced luxury consumer marketplace she transitioned out of the luxury industry to have her first daughter. In 2016, Heather co-founded, with her husband, Shawn, The Conerly Group. The Conerly Group, is a family-owned and operated investment and property management company focused on operating profitable multifamily properties in the Greater Houston area. They take pride in caring for their properties and our valued residents. Since 2016 Heather and Shawn have led their team in the acquisition, renovation, and operation of 4 apartment communities in the Greater Houston area totaling 381 units. In September of 2017 they welcomed their second daughter. Besides Heather’s proudest achievement, her two beautiful daughters, her supportive husband and their growing business, she is also honored to serve on the Bethany Christian School Board, an honoree for the Make-A-Wish W.I.S.H. society and work as an advisory member to Heroes for Children.
